Do you ever feel like every area of your life is changing so fast and you’re just standing in the middle of it all, confused and directionless? You could consider a new beginning as the start of a new year. A fresh start, a new goal, a year to make your dreams come true. Be determined and persevere.
I have always been delighted at the prospect of a new day, a fresh try, one more start, with perhaps a bit of magic waiting somewhere behind the morning. Beginnings could happen more than once or in different ways. You could think you were starting something afresh, when actually what you were doing was carrying on as before. You don’t need endless time and perfect conditions. Do it now. Do it today. Do it for twenty minutes and watch your heart start beating. Life is simple. Everything happens for you, not to you. Everything happens at exactly the right moment, neither too soon nor too late. You don’t have to like it…it’s just easier if you do.
Don’t worry about being worried. You’re heading out on an adventure and you can always change your mind along the way and try something else. When everything seemingly falls apart, it’s more important than ever to get clear on the direction you want to go in as you move forward. Focus on how you want to feel in every area of life and then start doing activities that create those desired feelings. This is about you. Do what you can, with what you have, where you are. Life is full of misery, loneliness, and suffering – and it’s all over much too soon. Every time your heart is broken, a doorway cracks open to a world full of new beginnings, new opportunities. Nobody can give you wiser advice than yourself. One thing I know for sure is that we learn about ourselves through new experiences. So whatever the ending and new beginning is for you right now, allow yourself to be swept away by the sweet freedom that comes with it. Always remember that each day is a new life. Each moment is really a new life. What we call memories are really present thoughts. What we call anticipations are really present thoughts. No one has ever lived in any moment except the present.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
When a day has passed in life, be done with it. It is important to live in each day as it comes, to the best of our ability, so that even when our mind attempts to wander and re-live the past, we know that there was no more that could be done for we gave everything we could have given in every moment.
Don’t worry, just as you have made mistakes in the past, so will you in the future. Being perfect is one trait that no man can ever acquire. Instead of aiming to be perfect, we should instead aim to commit actions everyday that will help to tell the world who we really are. Be grateful and humble for every new day that you are given, and remember that after each day is over physically; it should also be over in your mind as much as it possibly can.
Every human walks around with a certain kind of sadness. They may not wear it on their sleeves, but it’s there if you look deep. Life is ironic it takes sadness to know what happiness is. Noise to appreciate silence. Absence to value presence.
In life and all of it’s business we have to take time out to be appreciative for it, and for all that it entails. We may not be the healthiest, but we have enough health to live, we may not be the wealthiest but we have enough wealth to live, these are things we should be grateful for, because some people that were here yesterday are gone today because of the lacking of one of these two things.
Sometimes we make life more difficult than it really is, and instead of being appreciative for who we really are, and what we are capable of becoming, we let life and its circumstances get us down instead.
Take some time out each day to reflect upon your performance for that day, the application of your mind, and the plans and goals you may have for tomorrow. Doing so will help unleash your full potential.
Every day may not be good… but there is something good in every day.
Though it is human nature to worry and to look for threats of danger in our lives, we must come to know that if we live a life full of worry, our whole life can be slowed from us being drug down in spirit, in our words, and even ultimately in our physical being.
Instead of dedicating a life to worry, and avoiding many opportunities in life because we are too scared that we will be hurt, we must make a solid effort each day to make each day more positive than the day before.
Every time you notice yourself thinking in a negative manner, take a breath, and focus on thinking about how your thought may be turned into a positive thought.
Every time that we notice that we spew negative words, we should take a second, think of a way to reword what we have said or need to say in a positive manner, and then say it aloud.
Life is what you make it, and if you choose to think and speak positively, positive things are sure to happen.
When we have negative thoughts, we produce toxic responses in our body that make us sick. Make a conscious effort to change your thought patterns today for a healthier you tomorrow.
Seeing past the negative in life is absolutely dire if you are to see everything in life that you need to see. If you choose to focus on the adversity that you are about to face, if you choose to focus on the negative things that people have to say, and the lack of resources you may have to get to where you want to be in life, then you will never have enough focus to get to your dreams.
When negative circumstances come your way, make the right choice, and choose to pay no attention to anything but the prize. Seeing the positive in every situation is very helpful in steering one’s mind away from the negative circumstances that are sure to alive when one is making great attempts at making his or her life better. Turn a blind eye to the negative influences life will tempt you to dwell on, see past the negative, and give your attention to the dreams you have set for yourself.
Ifyou were happy before you knew someone. You can be happy when they’re gone.
In a life riddled with unexpected changes, and disappointments, we are forced to have to let go of some of the negative forces in our lives at different times so that we may stay afloat and keep swimming in this ocean of a life.
Let us begin again by letting go. Let go of the past, let go of the pain, and the anger that you have towards those people and those situations in which you were wronged. Let go of those who you love with all of yourself but just won’t recognize your self worth, and wont reciprocate the love you show them back.
Let go by forgiving and choosing to move on. Never hold on to any of the emotions that you feel towards a person that you are choosing to let go, because by doing so you are ultimately allowing them to hold you captive by staying emotionally tied to them.
