Relax, let go, allow, and recognize that some of your desires are about how you think your world should be, rather than how it is in that moment. Become an astute observer . . . judge less and listen more. So to change our lives, or to change our trajectory, we must first start with what is on the inside of us. To change our physical surroundings we must first overcome them in our minds. It’s important to note that there is no wrong way to feel or think. People’s reality is filtered through their own lens of perception, which is different for everyone. Many of us have long-standing ways of doing things, and the good news is that we can always change habits. It’s about taking a step back and observing what kinds of thoughts we have about ourselves, and changing these thoughts.
When you think and talk about what you want and how to get it, you feel happier and in greater control of your life. Have the confidence to overcome by refusing to allow negative thoughts to remain inside of you. When you hear negative attitudes or thoughts speak life, be willing to rely on the wisdom that the things you achieve will first come from the most prevalent thoughts inside of your own mind. Assume the best of intentions on the part of everyone around you. Most people are pretty decent, honest and are trying to do the very best they know how to. When you look for something good in their words and actions, you will almost always find something.
Finally, resolve to be cheerful, no matter what happens. A positive attitude, looking on the bright side, is most important when things go wrong.
