Rejection Is God’s Protection

We have all been rejected at some point in our lives and I want to tell you congratulations! Rejection is God’s way of saying wrong direction.

Those who are successful in life don’t see rejection as a bad thing because they know with each rejection that they are closer to their victory. When someone rejects or breaks up with you, it may be a blessing in disguise. The person was not right for you. Or maybe you would have eventually been miserable with them. Now the door is open for someone else much better to come into your life.

Rejection is someone’s personal opinion about you, it isn’t how God sees you or who you are. If you were rejected in a relationship, for whatever reason, that is that person’s opinion, not God’s. If you were fired from a job, that is that company’s opinion, not God’s. Never allow someone’s opinion become the definition of who you are in God. Stop letting the fear of rejection stop you from living a free life. In your life journey, you will absolutely encounter many types of rejection. There will be people who tell you not to believe in yourself, or your dreams. There will be doubts you have in your own mind as well. But refuse to give up, and refuse to let any negative thinking rule you.

Instead of weeping at the door of rejection, we should lift up our eyes and locate the open door of favour that is open before us. Rejection simply tells us that favour is nearby and we should seek it. The more and more you are willing to try, the more opportunities you will see arise in your life. Not everyone is going to like you, what you say, what you are trying to sell, and so on. Don’t let anyone else’s disbelief stop you from getting to the victories that you know are meant for you. Remember, rejection is just an illusion. The reality is that you are 100% lovable just the way you are. So turn people’s rejection in to your heavenly Father’s protection!
